Analysis and support for cash flow health Ensure efficient control over the company's financial routines by directly managing cash, accounts payable and receivable, collections, and bank reconciliation, thereby ensuring accurate fund movements, reduced delinquency, reliable financial information, and support for cash flow health. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform daily cash opening, verification, and closing. * Record all financial inflows and outflows in the system. * Verify received amounts (cash, PIX, credit/debit cards, bank slips). * Monitor and track accounts payable and receivable. * Issue bank slips and collection documents. * Record payments in the financial system. * Conduct active collections via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail. * Negotiate payment terms and conditions according to company policy. * Monitor delinquent customers and maintain collection history records. * Perform periodic bank reconciliation by comparing bank statements with the system. * Identify, analyze, and report financial discrepancies. * Support cash flow control. * Organize and maintain financial files and documents. * Support internal audits and financial reviews.
