




Job Summary: A Production Operator is responsible for feeding machines, operating production processes, ensuring product quality, and assisting other departments, thereby contributing to the company’s innovation and growth. As a **Production Operator**, your responsibilities include: * Request raw materials and feed production process machinery, handling pallet movement and preparation of raw materials according to product specifications, following standard procedures to ensure uninterrupted process flow using manual, hydraulic, and/or electric pallet jacks; generate AMRs for non-conforming materials and route them to the hold area; and move machine waste to the factory waste area. * Return surplus material after phase changes, properly packaging and returning it to the warehouse. * Conduct weekly inventory jointly with PCP to ensure counting accuracy. * Perform shift handover prior to the start of operations, reviewing incidents logged by previous shifts and exchanging information with the outgoing operator. * Operate production machinery following established procedures and safety regulations to produce finished goods meeting required quality standards and scheduled deadlines; perform manual palletizing when necessary. * Provide assistance to other departments as needed, following supervisor instructions and internal safety procedures to meet operational demand and support smooth workflow. * Monitor raw material changeovers and the production process, identifying issues or opportunities to ensure final product quality and on-time production while minimizing losses. * Attend bi-hourly meetings with the machine team and supporting departments addressing topics such as quality, safety, and productivity. * Maintain 5S in the work area, caring for tools, machines, and equipment used, and comply with the weekly cleaning plan. — Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures per Kimberly-Clark internal policies. * Participate in developing PFRA’s for the area. * Use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when visiting the factory or internal facilities where mandatory use is stipulated under occupational safety regulations. * Perform format changes on case packers, product conveyor belts, and cartoners, implementing SMED principles. **About Us** Are you already familiar with our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, and Plenitud®?
