For this position, the following requirements are mandatory: Requirements: * Education or experience in Design, Systems and Digital Media, UX/UI Design, Communication, or related fields; * Practical knowledge of UX/UI Design, with emphasis on usability and user experience; * Familiarity with Design Systems, including visual patterns, components, and interface consistency; * Knowledge of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with development teams; * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, working within collaborative teams.
