And you—do you want to be part of this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, including part replacement, calibration, installation, inspection, and hardware and software updates; * Conduct technical diagnostics, tests, and repair services, ensuring full equipment functionality; * Plan and organize technical service routes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines; * Provide support to internal and external customers (by phone and e\-mail), advising on technical and operational questions; * Support the sales team and internal departments with technical demands related to products; * Prepare technical maintenance and service reports; * Participate in technical training sessions, contributing to continuous learning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education, preferably in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics (Control and Automation), Electroelectronics, Industrial Automation, Biomedical Equipment, or related fields; * Valid Category B driver's license; * Active registration with the CFT; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** Strattner will use the personal data provided by the candidate exclusively for recruitment processes, including databases hosted on third-party platforms.
