Management and guidance of operational teams and suppliers. RHF Talentos Primavera do Leste is seeking a Junior Construction Coordinator to work for a construction company. The professional will be responsible for overseeing construction execution and supporting process management, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, from 07:00 AM to 11:30 AM **Salary:** To be negotiated **Main Responsibilities** * Daily supervision and monitoring of construction works. * Analysis and interpretation of architectural, structural, and complementary project drawings. * Support in planning and controlling costs, risks, schedules, and quality. * Management and guidance of operational teams and suppliers. * Material requisition and delivery tracking. * Coordination of activities related to construction execution. * Completion of reports, checklists, and technical documentation. * Resolution of operational issues and support in on-site decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements** * Driver's license category B * Knowledge of civil construction * Availability to work on-site at construction sites * Completed high school education (pursuing higher education is a plus) * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience at a construction company * Basic understanding of project drawing interpretation * Experience in planning, control, or leadership of small teams * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering If you seek professional growth and wish to join a dynamic and structured environment, please send your updated resume.
