Here, **Connecting Matters**: we seek curious, hands-on individuals eager to solve our customers' daily challenges. **Join us!** **Prerequisites** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Flexible working hours; * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn; * Experience in the telecommunications sector; * Driver's license category B (preferred). **Responsibilities** * Assist the installer in performing internet installations, maintenance, and repairs via fiber-optic and radio technologies; * Support cable, tool, and material organization before, during, and after service calls; * Perform basic connectivity tests and assist in equipment configuration; * Maintain tool organization and safeguard work materials; * Follow technical procedures and safety standards throughout all activities. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** from **08:00 to 12:00** and from **14:00 to 18:00**; * **Saturdays:** from **07:00 to 11:00**; * **Availability for extended shifts**, when necessary, according to service demand and customer needs.
