Supervise occupational health and safety activities, ensuring implementation of area policies on respective construction sites. Manage personnel, promote professional development of team members, and safeguard a healthy work environment. Contribute to continuous process improvement, ensuring achievement of targets and compliance with client specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the liaison between the client and the company on occupational health and safety matters, ensuring credibility, adherence to deadlines, and achievement of targets. * Consolidate occupational health and safety data, address identified deviations, and ensure appropriate working conditions. * Coordinate occupational health and safety campaigns, encouraging integration and application of best practices. * Conduct onboarding and safety procedure training, meeting legal requirements and supporting employee development. * Complete and manage occupational health and safety documentation in compliance with legislation, internal standards, and client requirements. * Develop and manage inspection schedules, guiding Safety Technicians and promoting deviation correction and dissemination of best practices. * Manage PPE requisition, distribution, and effectiveness evaluation, ensuring safe working conditions per current legislation. * Coordinate with site management to schedule employee availability for occupational medical examinations and safety procedures. * Develop and supervise implementation of the Daily Safety Sheet (DSS) across all work fronts. * Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Program. * Participate in meetings to present results, best practices, and action plans for deviation correction. * Identify assembly points and ensure their proper use. * Lead CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) establishment processes and routine meetings. * Consolidate and disseminate safety information to clients, monitor ongoing actions, and propose improvements. * Support ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) control, ensuring compliance with PCMSO (Occupational Health Monitoring Program) and MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment) regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical vocational education in Occupational Safety * Advanced knowledge of safety standards and methodologies * Knowledge of maintenance and/or railway and highway construction processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Familiarity with project management tools * Basic knowledge of occupational hygiene standards * Basic knowledge of ergonomics * Familiarity with eSocial system * Knowledge of social security legislation * Preferred experience: 3 years **Additional Information** Available benefits * Online medical consultations * Nutritionist services * Psychological support * Meal allowance * Baby kit * Dream voucher * Life insurance * Travel discounts * Gym access and physical activity programs Present throughout the national territory, we are a construction company specialized in railway engineering, operating in civil construction, infrastructure, superstructure, and OAE (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), serving both public and private clients. **For over 45 years, we have been committed to those who make everything happen: people.** Every day, we build a safe, respectful, and collaborative workplace — a space where each person feels represented, valued, and part of something greater.
