Continuous improvement of logistics processes We seek a Logistics Analyst responsible for controlling, analyzing, and executing the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in transportation processes, budgetary control, delivery tracking, and branch inventory audits. The role requires both strategic and operational involvement, with emphasis on cost control, deadline compliance, decision-making support, and continuous assistance to logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Freight contracting and negotiation with carriers * Monitoring cargo deliveries * Controlling and verifying delivery proof documents (CTe, NF\-e, among others) * Monitoring transportation deadlines, incidents, and costs * Recording and controlling logistics expenses * Budget analysis and monitoring for the department * Contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes * Monitoring and controlling branch inventory audits * Supporting the operations team to ensure inventory accuracy **Requirements** * Advanced Excel proficiency * Experience contracting vehicles for freight service provision * Knowledge of logistics expense control and recording * Experience managing deliveries and verifying proof documents (CTe, NF\-e, etc.) * Knowledge of inventory control and stocktaking
