Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and precision technology maintenance services on AGCO agricultural equipment, as well as assemble and test equipment after maintenance completion; * Conduct complex failure diagnostics; * Install, configure, and calibrate auto-steer systems and GPS systems; * Interpret diagrams; * Maintain CVT transmissions; * List required parts and tools, and deliver replaced parts to the customer; * Accurately record all work performed, downtime, and events in your daily report, and follow all recommendations (inspections and maintenance) related to your work vehicle; * Administer field services via the Dealer system and prepare Tech Connect documentation for all warranty processes; * Monitor customer portfolio; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Residency in Primavera do Leste-MT; * Availability for flexible hours and travel; * Experience in agricultural machinery maintenance; * Prior experience at an agricultural dealership is a plus; * Technical training in a related field is a plus. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
