Job Description: **Key Responsibilities** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Leader to manage and optimize grain storage operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage of the process—from grain receipt through to dispatch. * Lead and ensure safe execution of operational activities; * Participate in and support daily and weekly departmental meetings; * Supervise and coordinate daily activities related to grain receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch. * Manage and develop the operational team, promoting a safe and productive work environment. * Control physical and system-based grain inventory, minimizing losses and ensuring data accuracy. * Prepare performance reports, process indicators, and present results to management. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Office suite proficiency; * SAP knowledge (a plus); * Relevant work experience (a plus).
