Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in English; * Advanced SQL skills, including mastery of recursive CTEs, window functions, and optimized joins, applied to dimensional modeling and high-performance data pipelines; * ETL/ELT experience. Preferred: Airflow experience (DAG orchestration) and basic Docker knowledge for container deployment; * Python and VBA for automation. Preferred: Pandas and PySpark usage; * Data modeling expertise, including layered architecture knowledge (Medallion: Bronze, Silver, Gold); * Preferred: DBT experience for analytical model implementation; * Data visualization using Power BI (DAX, data modeling, and analytical storytelling) or equivalent tools; * Code versioning with Git. Preferred: CI/CD pipelines on GitHub and collaborative team practices. Responsibilities: * Participate in operational routines, understanding material and information flows to provide accurate support to business areas; * Translate business needs into applicable data solutions, acting as a bridge between operations, internal teams, and IT; * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and propose data-driven solutions; * Manipulate, model, and transform data, including building and maintaining data pipelines and automations; * Orchestrate workflows and system integrations, ensuring data reliability and governance; * Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data, performing exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and * relevant insights with quality and standardization; * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, facilitating decision-making; * Build statistical and predictive models to support strategic decisions and operational initiatives; * Support the execution of projects involving new solutions, technologies, and system integrations; * Serve as the primary system contact (“PSKU”), ensuring clear understanding of data and timely response to team requests.
