Description: * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills for controlling waybills, schedules, requisitions, and data organization. * Behavioral competencies: leadership, organization, commitment, results orientation, teamwork, and ethics. * Ability to work responsibly, ensuring quality and safety throughout the dispatch process. * Verify loading against waybills, ensuring orders are correct before departure for delivery. * Request truck loading according to delivery sequence to ensure efficient logistics and punctuality. * Ensure no damage occurs during loading, preserving egg integrity — i.e., maintaining quality until dispatch. * Prepare work and vacation schedules for the dispatch team, ensuring adequate staffing coverage and smooth operations. * Manage requisitions for materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the department, ensuring safety and compliance with internal regulations. * Always align with company values and Occupational Health and Safety standards, contributing to a safe, organized, and responsible work environment. 2511290202181894581
