Every day, we strive to meet market demands with excellence in solutions, equipment, and services — and we believe we have the best professionals to deliver these results. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** **Your next opportunity could be right here.** We are looking for a **Mechanic C** to join our Services team in Primavera do Leste/MT.**What is the challenge?** **Requirements:** Perform repairs and maintenance on machines and equipment according to your qualifications and skill level, strictly following procedures and standards, to deliver the machine/equipment to the customer in the most effective and productive way; Ensure the machine/equipment functions perfectly after repair, maintenance, and/or inspection, performing alignment and calibration, and testing and monitoring field operation; Be attentive and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction regarding service and machine/equipment performance, suggesting preventive maintenance, repairs, and necessary calibrations for optimal performance and productivity, performing them only after formal approval from both supervisor and customer; Perform technical delivery of the equipment you are qualified for, strictly following at least the checklist items, collecting the customer's signature on the pre-delivery checklist, delivery checklist, warranty booklet, and Field Report; Perform mandatory equipment inspections for which you are qualified, strictly following at least the checklist items, collecting the customer's signature on the inspection checklist and inspection coupon, as well as on the Field Report; Complete the Field Report, detailing all performed services, ensuring data alignment with the Service Order, and collecting the customer's signature upon job completion for necessary records and process continuity; Perform loading and unloading of Agricultural Machinery, verifying machine and equipment conditions using a checklist, immediately reporting any non-conformities to the warranty department; Assemble, disassemble, transport, and clean machines and equipment for events, fairs, and exhibitions, or whenever requested; Train and supervise assistants by guiding and supporting them during task execution;**What do we expect from you?** **Requirements:** High school diploma completed; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Technical training courses in relevant fields; Knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Electrical systems specific to the brand's machinery; Understanding of service processes, parts and their applications, installation, and adjustments; Driver's License – Category B.**What will you find?** **Benefits:** Health Insurance; Life Insurance; Wellhub; Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Day Off; Partnership with FATEC MT (25% discount on tuition fees for employees and dependents). **If you have a disability (PwD), we kindly ask you to include this information in your application so we can review your candidacy appropriately.****Ready to embrace a new challenge at Nors and become part of an expanding team?** We're counting on you!
