Directly leads operational teams, ensuring productivity, quality, organization, and execution compliance. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor service execution and work fronts, ensuring compliance with designs, schedule, and technical guidelines; * Guide, correct, and directly supervise operational staff, ensuring proper service execution and adherence to quality standards; * Set up and organize work fronts jointly with the responsible engineer, supervising productivity, execution sequence, and team allocation; * Ensure team safety on site, enforcing appropriate use of PPE, correct scaffolding assembly, and compliance with applicable safety regulations; * Assist the resident engineer with tasks related to the project, relaying field information, supporting technical decisions, and ensuring alignment between planning and execution. * Ensure executed services comply with designs, identifying discrepancies and immediately reporting them to engineering for appropriate guidance. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed high school; Minimum Experience: Experience as a Construction Foreman in medium- and large-scale construction projects; Certifications: Not applicable; Technical Knowledge: Basic ability to read and interpret designs, construction techniques and execution sequence, basic occupational safety regulations applicable to civil construction. **Benefits:** Basic food basket
