RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure quality and reliability of processes and samples at the unit, including material receipt, execution of technical tests (tetrazolium, accelerated aging, germination, and field emergence), and maintenance of environmental conditions in greenhouses and cold chambers. Continuously monitor substrates, ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and temperature/humidity control in chambers, and evaluate and treat samples according to established protocols and standards. Contribute to precise test execution, safeguard sample integrity, and maintain process quality within a dynamic and highly responsible environment. EDUCATION Agronomy or Biology WHAT WE SEEK * Analytical skills and attention to detail; * Knowledge of seed quality testing (tetrazolium, germination, aging, and field emergence); * Technical ability to work in greenhouses and cold chambers; * Knowledge of plant physiology; * Ability to handle meticulous routines and unforeseen situations; * Organized, responsible profile committed to quality standards.
