IT Analyst – Internet Service Provider RHF Talentos – Primavera do Leste is looking for an IT Analyst to join the team of an established internet service provider in the region. We are seeking a professional with strategic vision, experience in infrastructure and support, capable of planning, implementing, and managing IT solutions, ensuring high system performance and security. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Saturdays from 07:00 to 11:00; * Compensation: Salary negotiable (commensurate with experience) * Main Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and manage network and IT systems infrastructure Ensure information security and data integrity Monitor performance and availability of networks, servers, and systems Manage technical support and guide users/employees Develop and monitor technological improvement plans Manage equipment, licenses, backups, and updates Support management in strategic IT decision-making * Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields Proven experience with internet service providers or telecommunications companies Solid knowledge of networks, servers, information security, and IT infrastructure Analytical skills to propose improvements and strategic solutions * Preferred Qualifications: Technical certifications (Cisco, Mikrotik, Linux, Windows Server, cybersecurity) Experience in team management or coordination of IT projects Knowledge of IT governance (ITIL, COBIT) If you are a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven professional who wants to stand out in a solid company and contribute to technological growth, send your updated resume!
