RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure quality and reliability of processes and samples at the unit, including material receipt, execution of technical tests (tetrazolium, accelerated aging, germination, and seedling emergence in trays), and maintenance of environmental conditions in greenhouses and cold chambers. Continuously monitor substrates, ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and temperature/humidity control in chambers, and evaluate and treat samples according to established protocols and standards. Contribute to accurate test execution, safeguard sample integrity, and maintain process quality within a dynamic and highly responsible environment.
