If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and embark on this journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Handle urgent requests for parts, equipment, or essential services for maintenance and operation of stores and customers. * Focus on short-term actions, responding quickly and effectively to situations outside the annual or monthly planning. * Identify alternative or local suppliers capable of rapid response, assessing availability, delivery times, and reliability. * Negotiate reduced delivery times, balanced commercial terms, and logistical alternatives to ensure immediate fulfillment of needs. * Assess the impact of urgency on operations and prioritize purchases according to the criticality level of the request. * Maintain constant communication with requesting departments and managers, ensuring visibility and alignment on the status of emergency acquisitions. * Map and identify purchasing needs, aligning priorities and response timelines with requesting departments. * Conduct supplier quotations, evaluating price, quality, delivery time, and commercial terms. * Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, seeking the best purchasing conditions and cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality. * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring proper registration and tracking of requests. * Monitor order delivery flow, tracking deadlines, quality, and compliance of deliveries. * Keep supplier, product, and service records updated in the company's system. * Monitor department performance indicators such as *savings*, *lead time*, and on-time delivery rate. * Perform cost-benefit analyses and present strategic recommendations to optimize procurement. * Monitor market trends and price fluctuations, especially in commodities or strategic materials for the business. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in Purchasing, involving negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationships; * Experience in procurement processes for parts, materials, and services in the agricultural sector will be considered a differentiator; * Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel for analysis and controls; * Knowledge of the **Protheus/TOTVS** system or other integrated ERP systems is desirable. **Additional information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan; * Meal Voucher; * Flexible Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Christmas Basket; * Totalpass; * Day Off \- Day off on your birthday; * Maternity leave support for 6 months and paternity leave support for 20 days (Cidadã Company Program); * Growth Opportunities aligned with your delivery speed. **We are a national reference** in parts for heavy and agricultural machinery, with over 30 years of history.
