If you seek an environment focused on technology and innovation, where continuous development is part of daily routine, this could be your opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze alternative components, evaluating their functionality, technical aspects, and performance to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, as well as propose applicable benchmarking actions for products manufactured by the company; * Conduct tests and evaluations of modifications to existing products on the production line, comparing obtained results against the technical standards established during development, to validate performance, quality, and cost aspects; * Apply testing processes and methods, in compliance with specific evaluation criteria and standards, during new product development, aiming to certify equipment performance, quality, assembly, and safety; * Research and support, through testing and evaluation, the certification of new suppliers and their respective products, ensuring optimal conditions in accordance with company policy; * Provide technical support to other company departments whenever necessary, offering advisory services for equipment retrofitting, maintenance, and production activities, to guarantee equipment quality and proper functionality; * Prepare reports summarizing test results, indicating optimal configurations identified for products or components, to support supplier certification or technical validation; * Assist in preparing and maintaining technical documentation in compliance with current standards, ensuring its availability for consultation whenever required; * Support electrical schematic-related project development using specialized software, pursuing maximum efficiency to ensure equipment meets customer needs and organizational objectives; * Operate equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety regulations, utilizing designated personal protective equipment, safeguarding one’s own safety, colleagues’ safety, company assets, and the environment; * Perform other related tasks as directed and instructed by the immediate supervisor; * Understand, comply with, and enforce company values and code of ethics; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness to sustain a conducive working environment; * Follow established procedures for Quality Management System maintenance and improvement **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Electroelectronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Driver's license category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable:** * English – Basic level; * AutoCAD 2D – Basic level; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Assistance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Practical University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
