Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure achievement of established production targets and deadlines; * Ensure and maintain employee training according to the training matrix; * Ensure proper completion of documentation by employees; * Monitor internal audits of production areas; * Monitor productivity indices across areas; * Prepare occurrence reports for your shift; * Initiate and assist in investigating occurrences within the CIGED system; * Control process deviations, production losses, and downtime to prevent material waste; * Verify correct execution of in-process control tests; * Monitor proper disposition of production materials and waste; * Propose process improvements aimed at quality and productivity; * Evaluate preventive maintenance plans, verify compliance, and request corrective maintenance as needed; * Ensure cleanliness of areas, equipment, and materials; * Ensure proper disposal of industrial waste; * Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with Safety, Hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations; * Provide information for daily and weekly production scheduling; * Request raw materials via daily scheduling from the weighing department; * Request primary and secondary packaging materials via daily scheduling from the warehouse; * Update and inform employees about the department’s daily schedule; * Manage and monitor raw material inventory levels in bulk tanks; * Lead people management, supervise, develop, and guide employees regarding company policies; * Schedule employee vacations according to the annual plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * In-depth knowledge of production processes is mandatory; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory; * Availability to work the third shift (from 9:50 PM to 5:40 AM, Monday through Friday, and alternate Sundays starting at 8:00 PM); * Availability to work onsite in Pouso Alegre; * SAP knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** * A technical test may be administered during the hiring process, depending on area requirements. * Location: Pouso Alegre/MG * Schedule: Rotating shifts * Work Modality: 100% Onsite We are a fully Brazilian company with **yellow blood** running through our veins, and we aim to ensure that everyone across the country has access to quality healthcare — after all, medicine has no social class.
