We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the injection machine to mold parts according to production orders or kanban signals, ensuring supply to the next process in the assembly line; * Perform machine setups—removing previously used molds and preparing the machine to press and inject new models per production orders; * Assemble cabinet parts using shims, supports, reinforcement plates, tapes, rivets, and other components to complete the equipment; * Visually inspect and clean parts, checking for polyurethane (PU) leakage, dents, or scratches to ensure products meet required quality standards; * Daily verification of all injection parameters—including temperature and pressure—to meet all requirements of the injection process; * Assemble, package, and label cabinet assemblies per defined standards prior to shipment to logistics; * Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and preservation of the machine to support adjustment and regulation during operation; * Complete checklists at each process stage to ensure compliance with established procedures; * Understand, comply with, and enforce correct use of supply and production kanbans across production areas; * Complete the injected parts control chart when required; * Conduct 5S program audits on production lines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical Drawing desirable. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Support for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
