Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with an Engineering degree and experience in projects, operation, and maintenance of Utility Systems in Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, and Cosmetic industries to work with HVAC and BMS. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Utility Systems in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries. 2. Operation and maintenance of HVAC and BMS systems. 3. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in projects, operation, and maintenance of Utility Systems in Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, and Cosmetic industries; Desirable knowledge of Pharmaceutical Utilities; * CHECK BELOW THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION: * Operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems; * Operation and installation of Supervisory Control and Monitoring Systems (BMS); * Installation and commissioning of AHUs and DHUs, exhaust fans, etc.; * Installation and commissioning of equipment (chillers, pumps, heat exchangers); * Operation, maintenance, and treatment of Chilled Water Plants (CAG) and Hot Water Plants.
