Support inventory management, goods receipt, and product dispatch. Assist in compliance with hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. Record operational data, such as daily production output, losses, and performance indicators. Support resolution of operational issues and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with other departments—such as Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics—to ensure smooth production flow. Previous experience as Operations Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Process Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
