




Description: * High school diploma or currently enrolled (cannot be suspended). * Prepare parts for the assembly process, performing finishing, deburring, and plastic removal from sheet metal parts using manual tools such as sanders, orbitals, and polishers; * Perform sub-assemblies of mechanical and electrical components using manual and pneumatic tools such as screwdrivers, rivet guns, silicone applicators, etc.; * Prepare and tack parts for the assembly process; * Move production carts within the process; * Handle non-conforming parts by filling out identification labels and delivering them to the quality area in the non-conforming parts section; * Inspect the quality of purchased or internal materials to verify their quality and identify non-conformities according to received training; * Notify immediate supervisor of any production disruptions that could affect work outcomes; * Complete checklists according to stages of the production process and all necessary procedures to ensure compliance with requirements; * Record start and completion of production orders at the workstation, as well as log absences and production process interruptions; * Know, comply with, and enforce proper use of supply and production kanbans used in production areas; * Use production consumable materials according to kanban handling training to control available materials on the production line; * Conduct 5S program audits on production lines. 2511220202461883866
