Description: * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields. * Professional Experience: Proven experience in electronic systems design and PLC programming. * Technical Skills: * Programming: Solid knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Diagram \- Ladder, Structured Text \- ST, Function Block Diagram \- FBD) and HMI programming. * Hardware: Experience with PCB design, microcontrollers (e.g.: ARM, PIC), sensors, actuators, frequency inverters and servo motors. * Automation: Knowledge of industrial networks (e.g.: Profibus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP) and SCADA supervision systems. * Fluent English will be considered a plus. * Experience in Expanded Polystyrene industries will be considered a plus. * Electronic Design and Development: Design and develop electronic circuits, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and embedded systems for machine control, selecting appropriate electronic components and ensuring hardware reliability. * PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Programming: Develop, test and debug programming logic for PLCs (such as Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, etc.), creating control sequences, safety routines and automation algorithms. * HMI (Human\-Machine Interface) Programming: Design and program graphical interfaces for HMIs, allowing operators to interact intuitively with machines, viewing status, alarms and production data. * System Integration: Integrate electronic control systems with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, ensuring synchronization and perfect equipment operation. * Commissioning and Testing: Perform factory and site tests (FAT/SAT) to verify system functionality, identify and correct programming or hardware faults, and ensure the machine meets project specifications. * Optimization and Improvement: Analyze the performance of operating machines, proposing improvements in programming and hardware to increase speed, reduce energy consumption and enhance final product quality. * Technical Support and Documentation: Provide technical support to maintenance teams, prepare operation manuals, and document source code and electrical diagrams. 2511130202461824056
