




Inatel is recruiting students interested in undertaking an internship in embedded hardware and software development projects at PDI HW/FW. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in the development of low and medium complexity electronic circuit projects, which may be built through complete hardware development or by using commercial boards and modules; * Assist in electrical functional and integration testing in development and operational environments; * Contribute to the embedded software development team for microcontrollers, microprocessors, or PCs with or without low-to-medium complexity operating systems; * Provide support in analyzing embedded software behavior using instruments and equipment (e.g., multimeter or oscilloscope), assembling and modifying low-complexity circuits (e.g., PTH components, SMD components larger than 0805\) using bench tools (e.g., soldering iron, pliers, tweezers); * Assist in preparing project documentation; * Support the creation of test scripts and execution of automated tests, manual tests, and bug reproduction. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge in: embedded software development, programming in C/C\+\+, bench tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron, pliers, tweezers); * Understanding of electrical circuits, schematic interpretation, components, hardware development, board assembly (e.g., PTH components, SMD components larger than 0805\); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); * Minimum availability of 20 hours per week. **Additional information** **Internship schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Internship location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
