We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the game is played fairly and growth occurs based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the analysis and collection of information from various company departments to maintain the QMS and propose potential solutions aligned with case-specific guidance; * Assist in identifying root causes of nonconformities and monitor corrective/preventive actions through Nonconformity Reports (NCRs) and Action Plans to pursue continuous improvement; * Assist in preparing and controlling all documentation relevant to the QMS, following defined standards to ensure documents remain updated in accordance with performed activities; * Support production departments in defining controls and preparing documents, adhering to company and QMS standards to improve process effectiveness; * Participate in internal audits when required, following instructions from the Lead Auditor to gather evidence demonstrating compliance with established requirements; * Assist in tracking implementation of actions proposed to resolve issues identified during internal and external audits, verifying the previously defined Action Plan with the respective area manager to pursue continuous improvement; * Support adaptation and validation of processes for product certification under national and international standards and regulations, as needed, following guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure product standardization according to each market’s needs; * Archive and control certificates and documentation from audits, in accordance with the Records Matrix definition, to facilitate location and consultation when necessary; * Update and evaluate QMS indicators, gathering data from multiple sources to improve processes and achieve annual planning targets; * Prepare reports to support operations and the QMS using collected information, as needed, to prioritize actions related to identified nonconformities; * Continuously develop and support other company departments in developing new processes and programs to ensure functional process interaction across departments; * Support Quality projects to maintain and operate them per the plan defined by the immediate supervisor; * Maintain standardized customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and direct findings to involved departments to guarantee and enhance customer satisfaction; * Receive, register, track, and monitor customer complaints (Zero Error); * Select and conduct satisfaction surveys (NPS), generate indicators, and report to other company departments as needed.
