Technical reference in productivity, quality, and innovation Inatel is recruiting a developer to work on innovative software development projects within the **xGMobile – 5G and 6G Networks Competence Center**. We seek a professional with a solid foundation in software engineering who actively leads the adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted development practices and serves as a technical reference for the team in productivity, quality, and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and implement new features—from user interface design to backend logic—aligned with project objectives; * Maintain and optimize existing applications, focusing on performance, usability, and security; * Develop and consume RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations; * Ensure consistency among frontend, backend, and database layers; * Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards; * Design solutions with architectural vision, scalability, and sound engineering practices; * Work using agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); * Write and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation; * Explore, test, and compare AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex); * Define, document, and evolve AI usage standards throughout the development lifecycle (prompts, workflows, templates); * Integrate AI tools into the development workflow (IDE, CLI, CI/CD, automated code review); * Evaluate the impact of AI usage on productivity, quality, and delivery time; * Create presentations and conduct training sessions on structured AI usage for the team; * Identify automation opportunities and foster innovation throughout the development lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Professional experience in software development; Knowledge of: * Object-oriented development, * HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), * Backend programming languages (Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP), * Relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB), * RESTful and/or GraphQL API development, * Version control tools such as Git, * Advanced AI-powered code generation tools, including Claude Code (Anthropic) and Codex (OpenAI), * Critical evaluation of AI-generated code (validation, testing, security, and reliability); Intermediate English proficiency (TOEFL certification is desirable). **It would be advantageous if you had:** Experience in: * Developing AI agents (tools, memory, planning, task execution), * Creating and using *skills* and automations to extend agent capabilities, * Web security practices and secure development, * Containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), * Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux operating systems, * Application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, NGINX) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Mosquitto). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Work Location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
