Inatel is recruiting a Specialist to develop and maintain embedded software applications, ICC PDI HW/FWE. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain embedded software applications in C language according to project requirements; * Create scripts (in Shellscript, Python, etc.) to support embedded software development; * Document developed code according to project documentation standards; * Perform functional testing in development environments; * Assist in the validation process of hardware boards (bring\-up) developed for projects. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in embedded software development; * Knowledge of algorithms, programming logic, binary algebra, and C language; * Familiarity with: * High-level programming languages (e.g., Python, NodeJS) for creating scripts to support development processes, * Wireless communication interfaces (Wifi, BLE, NB\-IoT, LoRa, LTE, Sigfox, etc.), * Network protocols used in IoT projects (TCP, UDP, MQTT, HTTP, etc.); * Familiarity with microcontroller peripherals (e.g., IO, ADC, DAC, UART, SPI, I2C). **It would be desirable if you have:** * Knowledge of IDEs (e.g., VScode, STM32 CubeIDE, Simplicity Studio, etc.). **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Work location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
