The purpose of the Basic Operator role is to ensure the efficiency and operation of packaging lines through the supply of necessary operational materials. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Operate Boilers; Perform machine cleaning and combustion adjustment; Enforce safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace; Conduct water analysis; Dose chemical products; Report normal system operations to supervisors; Perform particulate matter measurement; Check cooling water temperature, oil level in the crankcase, and bearing temperature; Check propylene glycol solution temperature; Check propylene glycol solution concentration and oil level in the crankcase of compressors; Perform regeneration of cationic and anionic resins using chemical products; Maintain water within standard concentrations of silicon, calcium, magnesium, and iron; Take readings of water tank volume; Take readings from artesian well water meters; Perform chemical, physical, and biological analyses; Prepare chemical dosages; Operate Decanter; Monitor equipment; Monitor physicochemical analysis results, comparing them with legal requirements and taking corrective actions in cases of non-conformity; Maintain statistical control of spreadsheets. Experience \& Qualifications High school diploma; Boiler Operation course; NR\-13 \- 40 hours; Wastewater Treatment course; General mechanical knowledge; Knowledge of control instruments; Knowledge of steam distribution and condensate return; Knowledge of cold air compressors, water treatment; **Desirable:** English \- Basic knowledge \- Reading level.
