From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key Responsibilities**: * Operate Strapping Machine, Palletizer, and Conveyor equipment using specific control panels, aiming to maximize productivity; * Perform routine checks to detect equipment anomalies; * Correct operational equipment failures, perform adjustments to reduce failure rates and improve equipment performance, supporting corrective and preventive maintenance; * Carry out quality inspection routines for the Palletizing and Strapping process, record results in computerized systems, and request necessary corrections in prior processes whenever needed; * Record production data through computerized systems; * Support operational activities at Back\-End stations to ensure process continuity and efficiency; * Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized according to good manufacturing practices and the 5S methodology. **What We Are Looking For**: **Required** * High school diploma * Experience in industrial production * Availability to work on-site in Pouso Alegre/MG **Desired** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Training in automation or mechanics * Industrial experience **Additional Information** * **Work Location:** Pouso Alegre/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, shift rotation **Shift Schedule:** 3x2x2 (work 3 days, rest 2 days, work 2 days, and so on) \- working days may fall on weekends and holidays **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
