**Activities:** We are looking for a **Monitoring and Virtual Concierge Supervisor** to lead the team responsible for monitoring electronic security systems and remote access control. The professional will ensure operational excellence, adherence to procedures, and high standards of customer service. **Responsibilities:** ● Supervise the **alarm monitoring and virtual concierge operators** team; ● Monitor and ensure compliance with **remote service protocols** and response to security events; ● Manage **schedules, performance, and operational indicators**; ● Promote **team training and development**; ● Conduct **incident analysis**, proposing improvements and agile solutions; ● Prepare performance reports and support management in **continuous process improvement**; ● Ensure **service quality** and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** ● Previous experience in alarm monitoring, virtual concierge, or electronic security; ● Experience in **leading or supervising operational teams**; ● Knowledge of **CCTV, alarm, and access control systems**; ● Bachelor's degree in Process Management, Human Resources, or Administration ● Proactive, organized profile with strong communication skills. ● Flexible availability **Preferred Qualifications:** ● Courses in electronic security, people management, or remote service; ● Experience in virtual concierge or 24-hour monitoring companies Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
