We are seeking new talents to help us go further. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- Hired professionals will be responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance on field-installed equipment, including: * Replacement of electronic components. * Cleaning and adjustment of camera lenses. * Calibration of cameras, illuminators, and sensors. * Cutting, splicing, and laying cables and wires (de-energized) inside conduits and ducts. * Replacement of solar panel charge controllers and batteries. * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in components and systems. * Preparation of equipment for metrological verification and support during verification processes. * Working at heights exceeding 2 meters, including on poles and gantries, strictly adhering to safety standards. * Safe handling of ladders and access equipment. * Completion of service orders within established deadlines. * Documentation of all activities performed, reporting to the Coordinator. * Preparation of basic technical reports on services performed. * Operating company vehicles as required by operational needs. * Supervision and validation of services performed by third-party companies, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Execution of all activities in accordance with regulatory norms and internal company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ ### **Availability** * Full availability for frequent travel. * The candidate must reside in the state of São Paulo but will work on Deployment projects throughout Brazil. ### **Computer Skills (Intermediate / Advanced)** * Proficiency in the **Windows** operating system (installation, diagnostics, services, drivers, and networking). * Functional knowledge of **Linux** (Ubuntu/Debian): terminal navigation, file editing, log checking, and service management. * Ability to perform software diagnostics, read logs, and resolve issues in embedded applications. * Knowledge of remote access tools and communication protocols (SSH, RDP, FTP, HTTP). ### **Networking and Telecommunications (Intermediate / Advanced)** * Configuration and maintenance of **TCP/IP** networks, VLANs, routers, switches, and outdoor radios. * Building wired and wireless network infrastructure (connectors, crimping, testing, antenna alignment). * Diagnosing data communication faults (ping, traceroute, basic sniffers). * Knowledge of field transmission technologies: **4G, point-to-point radio, outdoor Wi-Fi, and fiber optics**. * Configuration of industrial/IoT devices for data transmission. ### **Electrical Engineering (Intermediate / Advanced)** * Installation, maintenance, and analysis of low-voltage electrical systems. * Full interpretation of electrical diagrams and schematics (power supplies, sensors, grounding, protection). * Advanced use of multimeters, clamp meters, and phase identifiers. * Basic understanding of electrical protection (short circuits, overloads, fuses, surge protectors, residual current devices). * Assembly of small electrical panels and cable management. ### **Electronics (Intermediate)** * Ability to diagnose and replace SMD and PTH components. * Analysis of low-complexity electronic circuits (sensors, power supplies, drivers, controller boards). * Use of instruments: multimeter, bench power supply, testers, and inspection tools. * Basic knowledge of soldering and rework. ### **Excel (Intermediate)** * Creation and manipulation of spreadsheets using pivot tables, advanced filters, and data consolidation. * Use of functions: VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, etc. * Organization of technical reports and maintenance checklists. ### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred)** * Experience installing **radars, dynamic weighing systems, sensors, cameras, inductive loops, or ITS equipment**. * Basic knowledge of **applied trigonometry** (installations on gantries and poles). * Experience with ticketing management tools (YouTrack, Jira, OTRS). * Ability to prepare technical reports with photos and measurements. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Check out our Benefits Package:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Meal or Food Allowance Restaurant partnership in Curitiba Transportation Allowance Training and Development Programs Performance Evaluation and Individual Development Plan (IDP) Life Insurance Total Pass Quality of Life Program (Occupational Health / Pharmacy Discounts / Employee Assistance Program (EAP) / Nutrition) Coffee Gifts and Social Events Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR) Here, technology meets purpose—and our shared passion for making Brazilian roads and streets safer unites us as a team.
