The team’s mission is to define the criteria for granting Credit Cards, Special Checking Account Overdrafts, and Personal Loans—as well as determining appropriate initial credit limits—in order to ensure customer satisfaction without compromising the quality and profitability of the bank’s and its shareholders’ portfolio. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist III – Credit Policies, you will work within the CAMPANHAS PJ SP Management unit, and your main responsibilities will include: * Supporting data analysis for credit-granting decisions on products such as credit cards, special checking account overdrafts, and personal loans, targeting digital customers with income up to R$8,000; * Contributing to the development and validation of predictive models (e.g., churn, scoring, payment capacity), using tools such as SAS, Teradata, Hive, and Databricks; * Participating in structuring databases and registration processes for pre-approved customers and current account holders, ensuring data consistency and quality; * Collaborating with multidisciplinary squads on testing offers, segmentation strategies, and credit policies, with a focus on performance and business impact; **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience developing policies for Mass Credit Granting or Maintenance of Credit Limits; * Experience preparing reports and managerial/executive dashboards; * Experience in the Personal or Corporate Credit Card business; * Advanced technical knowledge of Python, SAS, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Office; * Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Power BI).
