




The professional will manage sales and service processes, applying quality strategies and monitoring performance and satisfaction indicators to propose continuous improvements. They will be responsible for monitoring satisfaction surveys (SMD and CSI), identifying and addressing negative feedback (Hot Alerts) together with managers, and recording corrective and preventive actions on the manufacturer's portal. The professional will also disseminate survey results, monitor action plan execution, and display results on visible management boards. Additionally, they must apply quarterly checklists for Sales, Service, and Management, as well as conduct monthly meetings to analyze results and set goals.
