Because here, we don’t just hire for roles—we invite you to be part of something bigger. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate pallet jacks and stacker trucks; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace throughout your shift; label opening and monitoring; * Develop LPPs (technical knowledge sharing); * Develop SOIs; * Verify area improvements (execution process—supporting the requester); * Respond promptly to loading and unloading issues; * Ensure FIFO in supplying manufacturing areas; * Supply manufacturing areas according to each supply flow procedure; * Monitor and ensure adherence to weekly scheduling across the entire process. **DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?** **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work all three shifts. **Skills** * Strong interpersonal skills; * Commitment; * Dynamism; * Systems thinking. **DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Familiarity with manual pallet jacks and stacker trucks is preferred. **Leadership** * You feel energized by delivering outstanding results.
