Responsibility in cost management and route planning **Biograx** is a leading company in the animal recycling (tallow rendering) sector, transforming animal co-products into essential raw materials such as tallow and meat-and-bone meal. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations—from strategic collection at our raw material suppliers to dispatch of our final products. Your mission includes route planning and operational cost management. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Operational Management and Planning:** * Develop weekly collection and dispatch plans for tallow and meat-and-bone meal. * Perform daily route planning, assessing demand and optimizing both owned and third-party fleets. * Monitor vehicles en route in real time, ensuring effectiveness of collections and deliveries. **Cost and Procurement Management:** * Conduct weekly fuel quotations. * Negotiate purchases of products and services for fleet maintenance, directing vehicles to partner workshops. **Administrative Control:** * Document management: issuance of cargo manifests, acceptance of MTRs (Sinir and IMA), and general archiving. **People Management:** * Track working hours bank and plan driver leave schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Prior experience in transportation logistics, preferably within industrial or freight companies. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel (for reporting and KPIs) and familiarity with tracking/route-planning systems. **Environmental Knowledge:** Experience in issuing MTRs (Waste Transport Manifests) and using Sinir/IMA systems is a plus. **Mobility:** Must reside in Boa Esperança/MG **Additional Information** Biograx is a TALLOW RENDERING PLANT that collects and processes bovine animal waste, including: BONES, SKIN, VISCERA, and HEADS. At our facility, we produce MEAT MEAL and BLOOD MEAL used as animal feed for POULTRY, PETS, and SWINE. We also process OIL: raw material arrives in its natural state, is ground and cooked to separate liquid from solid, then pressed to extract all liquid, which is subsequently heated and centrifuged to remove impurities—resulting in VEGETABLE OIL destined for BIODIESEL industries.
