* Operate and monitor the fiber production line, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment; * Monitor production flow, identifying and resolving operational issues; * Work in a team environment and maintain effective communication with other departments; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes. Desired Experience * Experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in the textile or fiber industry; * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and routines in a production environment.
