Clear and efficient communication between customers and technical teams **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for receiving customers, understanding their needs, issuing service orders, preparing estimates, monitoring technical execution, and ensuring vehicle delivery with quality. Acts as the liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring clear, efficient communication aligned with the company's and manufacturer's defined standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
