Then take a look below and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze Caedu credit card credit approval proposals flagged by the credit engine for manual review due to suspected fraud, aiming to prevent potential internal and/or external fraud. * Conduct inquiries through Credit Bureaus, company-provided systems, social media, and websites to identify information clarifying data flagged as suspicious by the credit engine. * Review personal identification documents, income and residence proof submitted by customers during credit approval and limit maintenance processes, verifying the authenticity of signatures and documents prior to credit limit release, increase, or reduction. * Complete the “Brief Report” for cases identified as fraudulent, documenting summarized analysis details such as: data registered in the proposal, transaction performed, documents submitted, inquiry results, information cross-checks, and process conclusion. * Analyze disputes regarding suspicious transactions to address and respond to customer reports concerning unauthorized use of the card. * Prepare all documentation and forward it to the Legal Department to support defenses in proceedings filed via Procon or customer lawsuits. * Collaborate with the Verification Desk and Operations teams to exchange information and experiences, promoting interaction, operational agility, anticipation of events or situations, and facilitating solution-seeking. * Maintain updated internal controls to build a database containing information supporting the preparation of loss prevention reports and indicators, fraudster profiles, geographic regions, and fraud modalities—contributing relevant data toward developing rules applicable to the fraud prevention engine within the credit workflow. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Experience: Practical experience in fraud analysis and prevention. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; basic SQL knowledge. **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Variable Compensation (per policy) Birthday Day Off Discount on Caedu products Educational Partnerships Sesc Agreement Pharmacy Agreement Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
