Student Acquisition — Conduct active prospecting (calls, messages, partnerships with schools and companies). — Follow up on leads provided by the school. — Attend external events to promote the school. Sales and Negotiation — Present course plans and special offers. — Conduct school presentation meetings. — Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and methods. — Close enrollments. Relationship Management and Retention — Support new students during their first months. — Maintain contact with parents or guardians (for children and teenagers). — Implement initiatives to retain and renew enrollments. Information Management — Record all interactions in the school’s system. — Update sales, lead, and conversion reports. — Monitor sales goals and performance indicators. Marketing and Promotion — Support local marketing campaigns. — Produce promotional content for social media (when requested). — Organize promotional activities and student recruitment events. External Partnerships — Establish agreements with companies, schools, and institutions. — Represent the school at trade fairs, lectures, and community events. Training and Professional Development — Participate in internal training sessions on products, teaching methodology, and sales techniques. — Continuously study the language education market.
