You will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on usability, performance, and integration with tax systems. Projects range from implementing components to participating in design and architectural decisions, applying best practices in UX/UI, scalability, and user experience. You will be responsible for building integrated solutions that translate business requirements into functional components, ensuring code quality, accessibility, and maintainability, with consistent deliverables aligned to user needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop React-based interfaces with emphasis on usability, scalability, and maintainability * Translate business requirements and UX/UI prototypes into functional components * Ensure performance, accessibility, and compliance with development standards * Participate in technical decisions and contribute to the design system * Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to build integrated solutions * Conduct basic testing and adjustments focused on end-user experience * Document components for reuse and future maintenance * Drive continuous improvement of digital workflows and user experience **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with React and TypeScript * Knowledge of HTML, CSS (or frameworks such as Tailwind) * Version control using Git * Integration with RESTful APIs * Prior experience working in multidisciplinary teams * Familiarity with Figma preferred, for interpreting and collaborating on design prototypes **Nice-to-Have** * Experience with design systems (e.g., Tailwind, Material UI) * Familiarity with automated testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress) * Experience handling large volumes of data and tax-related solutions * Participation in usability improvement initiatives or user testing * Certification or advanced courses in UX/UI or frontend development * Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation **What We Offer** * Collaborative environment with autonomy and space for innovation * Projects with direct business impact and involvement in strategic initiatives * Opportunity for technical growth and development of product vision **Location:** São Paulo – Faria Lima region **Work Model:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** CLT **Team Size:** Approximately 10 developers
