Assist in customer service (SAC), ensuring satisfaction We are looking for professionals to work as an **E\-commerce Assistant** and join our team at OJBK. **What you need to have:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Prior experience in e\-commerce; * Familiarity with the Amazon, Shopee, or Mercado Livre platforms; * Advanced English proficiency. **What you will do:** * Manage and optimize online store operations on the Amazon platform; * Monitor data and key performance metrics; * Support the creation of sales growth strategies; * Create product listings (titles, descriptions, and keywords); * Assist in customer service (SAC), ensuring satisfaction throughout the purchasing journey. **Employment Type:** CLT/Permanent \- 100% on-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits**: Transportation Allowance Dental Plan Profit Sharing (PLR) Paid Overtime On-site Cafeteria Employee Discounts on Company Products Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
