Responsibilities and Duties * Support administrative and operational activities within the assigned department. * Organize documents, files, and supporting materials. * Assist with internal and external communication (in person, by phone, or via e\-mail). * Provide support for logistics, inventory, or office routines as needed. * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Participate in training and development programs offered. Requirements and Qualifications * Age between 18 and 23 years. * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school or higher education. * Availability to work (morning/afternoon shift), 30-hour weekly contract. * Interest in learning and professional development. Desirable Qualifications * Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite, internet). * Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team. * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. * Desire to build a long-term career within the company.
