All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver customer service, greeting customers upon their arrival at the branch; * Create service orders for inspection; * Perform maintenance screening for subsequent dispatch to workshops; * Conduct visual and photographic checklists via tablet before directing vehicles to mechanics; * Manage and monitor the entire service process from vehicle intake to vehicle departure; * Schedule appointments; * Provide information and prepare daily reports. * Vehicle control (trucks, cars, motorcycles, etc.), documentation, licensing, insurance, and traffic fines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Driver's License Class B; * Office suite knowledge preferred; * Easy access to the Porto Velho region, Rondônia; * (Preferred) Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Understanding of engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems; identification of noises, leaks, common failures, and component wear. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel offering specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7 with complete confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
