Job Summary: Apprentice Youth focused on operational activities including baggage receipt, handling, and dispatch, while developing interpersonal and organizational skills. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Proactive and eager to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Baggage Receipt and Sorting * Baggage Handling * Baggage Dispatch In addition to sector-specific operational activities, the Apprentice Youth will have opportunities to develop behavioral competencies such as teamwork, organization, responsibility, and proactivity.
