





Description: Academic Qualification: Completed high school or equivalent technical course, proven by a certificate issued by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education. Certifications/Courses: Microsoft MD-100: Windows 10 certification or equivalents; Desirable ISSABEL ATERISK Version 13.30 or higher; Desirable course in computer assembly, maintenance, and configuration with a minimum workload of 60 hours. Professional Experience: Experience in activities related to local and remote support via remote connection tools (installation, configuration, and maintenance) on Windows 7, 8, 10 or higher operating systems, Microsoft Office versions 2016 and 365 or higher, and software necessary for performing work-related tasks, in microcomputer maintenance. * Replace and reallocate modules and equipment according to demand and prior planning; * Replace supplies and perform general equipment maintenance (microcomputers, laser printers, for example); * Perform minor repairs on service components provided to users (equipment, systems, technical/regulatory documentation, etc.); * Install and configure software on user microcomputers and mobile devices; * Create scripts and software installation packages; * Perform computer imaging creation and deployment; * Activate, test, and deactivate network points and general IT equipment; * Execute network cabling services for twisted pair 10/100 mbps networks, following the established connectorization standard; * Perform backup execution and restoration, and routine periodic procedures; * Develop configuration and operation instructions for equipment and software; * Contact users to obtain additional details regarding requests not available during the initial contact, attempting to resolve the issue; * Provide guidance and tips on using features and functionalities available in basic software, applications, information systems, and general equipment; * Perform printer installation and configuration via TCP/IP protocol; * Monitor various IT vendors through tickets, email, phone, and in-person meetings; * Manage asset inventory control; * Provide support for fixed and mobile telephony; * Document performed activities; * Clarify customer doubts regarding configuration, installation, operation, and maintenance of computer equipment and components; * Perform other related tasks. 2510300202211839242
