Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, upright bipedal posture to perform job duties, locomotion and ambulation throughout the entire airport premises, and operation of internal transport vehicles within the airport apron. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for driving company vehicles (an activity regulated by the Brazilian Traffic Code – CTB), supporting the team, and monitoring operational activities; as well as auditory perception for telephone communication, interaction with colleagues, and detection of emergency auditory signals in operational areas. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, creativity, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Lead the team of equipment operators and baggage and ramp agents, fostering the group’s professional development (succession planning); coordinate activities and processes related to aircraft ground handling (arrival and departure), collaborating with other departments involved in operations to ensure flight punctuality, quality, and safety in accordance with standards and procedures published in the MGO; conduct visual inspection of aircraft fuselage during arrivals and departures (walkaround); * Collect, compile, and proactively share operational data and information with team members; planfully assign responsibilities to the workgroup, analyze operations on-site, and establish objectives aligned with demand and task prioritization; * Analyze identified irregularities or risk situations, implementing corrective and preventive actions through operational briefings and reporting to other relevant departments; * Identify and report opportunities for improvement in ramp processes—both micro- and macro-level—and conduct operational and behavioral briefings, hold meetings, and provide feedback; * Coordinate all activities related to ramp equipment movement during baggage and cargo loading/unloading of aircraft, guiding staff on operational logistics, analyzing incident data, and responding promptly to potential occurrences to prevent operational disruptions and maintain service quality. 2512070202191574726
