Perform technical inspections on electro-electronic equipment according to current maintenance plans, ensuring their full operation, operational safety, and compliance with technical standards and internal procedures. Identify faults or anomalies in electrical and electronic circuits, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Plan resource allocation according to established maintenance planning and specific operational needs. Monitor and control the achievement of monthly and annual cost targets through planning, control, and execution of maintenance activities, parts and materials procurement, and use of computerized management tools. Ensure and promote the technical and professional development of the team by identifying needs, preparing internal technical training, or requesting specific external training. Analyze results of inspections performed, identifying critical issues, triggering planning for activity scheduling. Act towards continuous improvement, safety, and cost reduction of processes by analyzing and acting upon technical parameters of the production and maintenance processes, identifying opportunities to achieve optimal results. **Minimum requirements** Completed technical education in Electrical, Electrotechnical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electro-electronics, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics fields Industrial environment experience
