Perform installation and configuration of equipment and software Auto Center is seeking an IT Analyst in Volta Redonda. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to company users, assisting in resolving issues related to computers, systems, and networks. Monitor the operation of internal systems, identifying failures and taking corrective action. Perform installation and configuration of equipment and software according to defined standards. Support the maintenance, updating, and improvement of systems used by the company. Record service requests and solutions in the system, ensuring a complete history of IT incidents. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, IT Specialist, or Infrastructure Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position.
